Head of Design Department and Art Director with 23 years of experience in advertising, branding, and creative production — from concept development to final production. For the past three years, has led the design department of a federal fitness club chain: built production processes from the ground up, more than doubled department output, implemented AI tools into the team's daily workflow, and cut request turnaround from 5 days to 2 hours–2 days. Skilled at managing a department both administratively (hiring, task setting, deadline and quality control, work with freelancers and contractors) and creatively — from brand books and guidelines through to final layouts. Has systematic experience working with major brands (Rosatom, X5, Gazprombank, Alfa-Bank, VTB, Sogaz, Sony, Leroy Merlin, Promsvyazbank, JAL, Tikkurila, Baltika, and others), both on the agency side and the client side.
